Want some loan
[1] Loan Types
There are two types of loans in this system: Collateral Loans (secured with assets) and Networth Loans (based on reputation or trust). Both are tracked under the same rules for credit and repayment monitoring.
[2] Interest System
Interest is calculated every 3 days.
-
Collateral Loans: Credit ≥ 80 → 4%, 70–79 → 5%, <70 → 6%
-
Network Loans: Credit ≥ 80 → 3%, 70–79 → 4%, <70 → 5%
If a loan becomes overdue, it switches to a daily interest rate of 4%, applied on the outstanding balance until payment is made.
[3] Credit Score Rules
Each borrower starts with a credit score of 50.
-
Paying on time → +5 points
-
Paying late → −5 points
-
During overdue periods → −1 point per day until fully paid
The score can range between 0 and 100, and it permanently reflects the borrower’s history across all loans.
[4] Loan Status
Loans can have three statuses:
-
Active: currently ongoing
-
Paid: fully repaid
-
Overdue: payment past due date
The status automatically updates each day when the system runs.
[5] Financial Calculations
-
Total Interest = Principal × (InterestRate ÷ 100) × PeriodsElapsed
-
Outstanding = Principal + TotalInterest − Paid
-
Profit = Outstanding − Principal
These formulas keep track of total gain and unpaid amounts.
[6] Automation & Security
The system updates daily (or via manual trigger). Only admins can edit loan data. All edits are logged automatically in the version history to maintain record accuracy.
Loan Process for Borrowers (Ricky Finance System)
1️⃣ Step 1 – Loan Request
You start by submitting a loan request that includes:
-
The loan type (Collateral or Networth)
-
The amount you want to borrow
-
Your collateral or network reference
-
The expected start and due dates
Once submitted, your information will be reviewed.
2️⃣ Step 2 – Loan Approval
If your request is accepted, your loan will be officially created in our system.
-
Your starting credit score is 50 (or your current score if you’ve borrowed before).
-
The interest rate depends on your score and loan type.
-
The loan status is set to “Active”.
You will receive a confirmation message once your loan is approved.
3️⃣ Step 3 – Loan Period
Every 3 days, interest is added automatically.
You can check your loan status, total debt, and interest at any time.
Make sure to plan your payments before the due date to avoid penalties.
4️⃣ Step 4 – Payment
You can repay part or all of your loan before or on the due date.
Once your total payments equal your principal + interest:
✅ Your loan status becomes “Paid”
✅ You earn +5 credit points for good repayment history
5️⃣ Step 5 – Overdue Rules
If you don’t repay by the due date:
⚠️ Your loan becomes “Overdue”
⚠️ Daily interest of 4% starts applying
⚠️ You lose 1 credit point per overdue day
The sooner you clear the payment, the less damage it does to your credit score.
6️⃣ Step 6 – Credit Score System
Your credit score represents your trust level in the system:
-
Pay on time → +5 points
-
Pay late → −5 points
-
Stay overdue → −1 point per day
The score can range from 0 (worst) to 100 (excellent) and affects your future loan interest rate.
7️⃣ Step 7 – Transparency & Security
All your loan data is stored safely and updated automatically.
Only authorized admins can edit loan records.
Your credit history is permanent — every payment and delay counts.
