so because of low experience despite having oxygen tank, how can I ensure insurance claim is accepted tho? or just ignore them? but how is "accidental cause requested" do? is it intentionally self-injury or something else?

Accidental cause just means the cause of fire must not look intentional. I read the text and try to put nitrate or oxygen depending on if it mentions anything dirty lying about. Not sure if it helps but that's what I've done. XD
Accident = not much evidence.
For one which does not also have the "100% destruction" requirement you can do this with a single gasoline, then a single lighter, and then let it burn out by itself.
For the ones which have the "100% destruction" you will need to use non-liquid fuels.
If you have one which is also an insurance claim (instead of just an accident) then using liquid fuels will cause this to fail too.
so any ideas for able to use gases and solids tho? since at that time I had merely access to use of "gasoline"

If you haven't unlocked the other accelerants yet, you probably won't get a payout for insurance jobs, but you can still burn the buildings anyway for some crime xp (and it's probably worth doing, since there's limited jobs/day)
Its logical to make fire not intentional by using blanket,because it looks like somebody was trying to settle fire down,but I don't think it will work here...gonna test today again with the job that requires 100% accidental burn (which sounds impossible irl but w/e)
since description state about blanket can dangerously stop fire, which mean it may make suspicious or unknown, but from what I know, it just increases chance of critical failure which is injury or worst hosp
