I suggest two changes for busting:
Much like Reviving having the ability to self-exclude from being busted from jail. What if I want to be in jail and I put myself in there for a reason.
Also as you bust people you gain skill in busting, from 0-100, and being able to see that skill with the rest of your skills on your homepage.
I think these are simplistic and reasonable changes for players.
Skill is nice though.
R+ to see busting skill
Mabe a skill that involves being in jail for a period of time as well?! That would give jail more then a gym.
I suggest a button sort of like revives where you decide who can bust you just like reviving. No one, friends and faction, or anyone.

Saw someone in my faction talking about this it's niche but it would be nice to have some way to stay in jail if you wanted to
Also : merit for x hours spent in jail ?
Maybe second gym that can be unlocked if you train enough at jail gym ?
Just ideas. I like the op post idea in general though.

Call it the bed dummy, and have unique fails, and crit fails for attempting to bust a bed dummy, including merits, and awards for various milestones. I could get behind it!
