I'm just stating that bogie is calling the LR community toxic from people being upset that they aren't getting loot from a TEST npc designed to ensure Halloween goes smoothly.

We don't endorse members getting upset at bogie directly, and harassing him for something that's been clearly stated at least 10 times regarding the Pinata NPC.

In all seriousness, I did not expect bogie to rejoin after last time, looks like he did rejoin, only to get more shit (atleast the last time was somewhat justified). I can see why he'd want to leave the server.

The server owners claim it's not a toxic place, but bogie's personal experience is contrary to that and he is free to make a judgement about it if that is all the experience he had with the server. He has no duty to maintain good PR of your server.

Say what you want, but when you're trying to pander and push out someone over something this benign to appease the Bogie YOU'VE lost the plot. The event is objectively so minor that it didn't even deserve attention. Typhon doesn't deserve any negativity directed towards him over that event. Foster a toxic community for engagement and you can't handle THAT event? Come the f**k on.

Listen, Bogie can decide to or not to participate in community discords obviously, and that's not what looks bad here. What looks bad is him doing it and repeatedly crashing out over the most minor shit.

Also, WTF does that event even have to do with the server? The NPC and event were both in Torn.

Just send Julie into a more community interactive role, isn't that why she was hired? She's good with people.

It's really not like that at all, all the interactions there are fully public to anyone that wants to see them, we're not trying to spin it, so don't lie, you've been in there years with 0 issues, then a few pings due to people being unhappy with the Pinata caused you to overreact and you refuse to admit it's an overreaction.

I literally saw people being upset in the official discord too they just didn't ping you, i don't care about you leaving, i care that you are trying to blame everyone but a tiny tiny group of less than 5 people in a place that contains 16% of Torns entire playerbase.

I like Julie she is awesome but I do agree that at the bare minimum bogie was at least slightly bullied even if it was like the lightest bulling on the face of the earth bullying is still bullying and that is no ok just plz leave bogie alone

Lots of players still have not even had an opportunity to participate, much less get any loot.

The devs have refused to add a second event 8-12 hours later to allow people in different time zones to take part.  Insisting these events aren't for players and that they're only for the dev team is disingenuous at best.  If the events didn't benefit any players, I wouldn't care, but they do, and their testing procedure is disenfranchising 1/3rd or more of their player base with each test.

The matter of the fact is that Bogie and team started the whole pinata testing by stating that it may go wrong.

They are giving out free shit to people WILLING to participate so they can then give out free shit during Halloween more efficiently.

Anyone blaming him and the devs for "no loot" or it "being a scam" and whatnot are just plain wrong and toxic.
