You get a rare gem on occasion, but a lot of it can be crap. Sometimes literally. Pretty sure I found dog poop once
Useful things? in the city? Didn't know that was possible. I just find Blank DVDs
You find stuff when you get the mission from Alice called “Clean the streets jughead”.
When the mission is finished it unlocks being able to easily find things in the city.
Much like when your in game age turns 200 and you realize there is a forum to ask questions in, as well as a forum for guides.
Till then, clean the street, jughead!
