I withdrew 3.5m from my vault to send to a reviver (thanks, Halloween OD), and sent it to him. He doesn’t have the money, it’s no longer in my balance, and the logs don’t show it as sent.
only screenshot I can get is me pulling it from my vault and no longer having it in my account, with no log of it outgoing.

The player in question received the money, it is not present in the Activity logs, but they most certainly received it.
