He says he lost 50 energy while this is happening and we also lost an ongoing chain :/

There was an issue with the first attack, they were not inserted in the Activity logs. I have asked the devs to check what went wrong there. The chain cannot be restored once it has cooldown, it was a chain …

Looks like the first fight he didn't finish the target and got finished by an outsider, then he attack the target again but it was to late to safe the chain.
But wouldn't it show on faction log?
Post attack logs, it should show there
It must be on the photos on the link
They don't say much if you dont show the hit prior to that.
