When exchanging treats for items(not upgrades) is it better to trade a certain optimal number each time or just do one big blow out at the end of Halloween event ???

182 is the maximum you should do, any more and you are missing out on potential Energy.
But you have collected only 123 treats till now. You should probably focus on upgrading rather than exchanging because right now you wouldn't even get extra nerve, energy or upgraded items. It's a waste for you to exchange right now.
