Hi , I would like to suggest an Idea 

- LOAN 

• player gives loan to other players on their own risk which is very risky to make it more appealing why don't we go for real life approach we can add loans option in account and can request loan from other players like we do trade and  to make people give and take lines appealing we can add custom option player can give loan on which interest he want to give to other players.
• Benifits-  helps high level player with to much cash to invest in loans and obviously to low level to get funds to invest 
• If loan not payed by player we can use system we use in rent or lease when not paid that pending amount transfers to *loan shark* and givers get full loan amount he have given with interest.it will help regular player if they have given loan if there get promises get breached.

Because new people would take as much money as they could via loan, then gamble it away and just quit the game. Rich players would still loan out the money because, why wouldnt they, there is no risk.

Also, in the rental market, you pay the complete asking price of the rent up front to the property owner. If you dont pay the upkeep, which does not go to the property owner, then it gets handed over to the Duke. 

Really quite a ridiculous suggestion if you give it even a moment of thought. Exactly what i would expect from a five day old account. You should stick to reading in the tutorials and guides section of the forums, before posting in this one.

i know you are new but id like to give a brief explanation as to why outsider newbies usually don't receive any kind of financial help from veteran players.  

first off, quitting. many people try torn, figure they don't like it, and quit. 

secondly, multiple accounts. feels like a waste to give things to persons extra account who has a high chance of being fedded within a week. (As they should be.)

as is, duke is a "decent" loan shark. sure 2.5% , every week, is a bit much, and it takes a long time to build reputation from him. however, he wants his money back, right? heres a quote from the wiki.

"Duke charges 2.5% interest per week on your outstanding balance. The maximum loan you can have is $2,500,000,000."

basic math says 

2.5% of (US$ 2 500 000 000.) =

62.5 million$ ...weekly.

if you are joining because of a friend, they can often afford to help you. if anyone i recruit joins torn, best believe i will help them. i also support my friends friends, if that makes sense. trustworthy players do receive support from the get go. 

seen this when i first started the game. many people will say "you are a restart" or "you are a multi" until you have about a year of service. so its safe to say you should expect that. expect to not be taken seriously by anyone. 

this community is straight up harsh to newbies because of those reasons i mentioned. cant blame them honestly.

 i say ask staff for help if you dont know who to ask about things. they do help you, even if they dont really like you at all xD

theres many friendly people here, but many would straight up love to give you horrible advice. staff really gives you correct direction in game, provided you are respectful in your chats with them.
