They're a really nice friend, you should try talking to them!
Ma'ol is an NPC character that can be summoned over Halloween, people go and attack him/her and the minions in other countries. Once defeated there's a small chance at getting good items. It costs 9999 treats so is expensive but everyone can join in the attack.
