chats are not syncing between tabs for some reason, sometimes it even leaves an empty space for it to the right but doesn't open it, and clicking the chat buttons in the bottom doesn't do anything

Can you replicate the issue in Incognito window with all of your scripts and extensions turned off?
yes!
how to replicate:
- open torn
- open a new tab
- search for the name of the person u wanna chat with and open it
- go back to the other tab
that's the only way I've seen it happen, it's not very consistent too
