A new upgrade in the faction tree to allow us to build a supercomputer would be an interesting new mechanic.
Unlockable with respect, it could be used to code virus's for the faction. Maybe using the MIPS of all or a selection of members Cracking rigs in some way? The more MIPS your supercomputer team has the faster you can code a virus.
I could see links into OC2.0 with your supercomputer required for certain scenarios.
I feel like a feature like this has a lot of scope to be implemented into crimes, warfare (territories????), new attack/defence vectors,
