Anyone else lost the Q&A or B&I forum?
you can refresh your icons in settings - moved to q&a
Are you currently in a course?
If not the Symbol will not be shown Information bar just like Taveling, Bazaar, Drug etc.
You will still be able to get access to Education through the City.
If you mean with "Toolbar" the Area links, you can adjust them under Settings -> Navigation Setting.
There you can freely adjust your Area with shortcuts.
Yes I'm doing Commercial and Consumer Law..
It's the area with the money, point, sex, donator icons below energy, nerve, happiness etc.
Like you say I can get to it via the menus or the city, just noticed it was missing.
