Well, you're in the Army, so you have jp for defense already covered.
Moved to qna
Mining Corporation: Allows you to exchange JP for Defense.
Logistics Management: Allows you to exchange JP for Speed.
And while I couldn't find anything in my notes for a company that lets you buy Dex for JP, there was:
Gents Strip Club: Increases Dex gains from Gym training by 10%
