It's going to be a while before you will be able to leverage your work stats for passive income. If you want to go that route, look for jobs that are 'up and coming' with passives that provide some measure of income/cost reduction. (Passives at the 3* and 5* marks)
Though honestly, at this stage you're much better off getting into a company that can offer you a free daily train over any cash or savings. Raising your work stats should be your priority now, and only truly consider cash opportunities after you have the city job passives (Education, Medical, and Law). From there, you'll have 10k+ in each and a lot more opportunities.
its a long term game, no sense trying to speedrun it. itll get better.
Education isn’t as fast as paying for trains, but don’t underestimate how quickly you can build all three stats in it. And the edu course time reduction is must have, so consider getting it earlier rather than later.
The advice I give players with low job stats:
Get into city edu once you have 500 intelligence. And stay there until the end role of Principal. The day you change to that, activate the perk and leave the job. Perk gives a permanent 10% reduction to all edu class time.
If someone doesn't have work stats/doesn't have 500 int, do city casino or grocery until you do then change to edu job.
City jobs daily train (increase) all 3 job stats and you get more amount each time you move up in the job. A player ran biz only gives free torn daily trains (aka gains) in 2 job stats. The other is ignored. Your boss can temp change you to a position that trains your 3rd stat, train it and put you back to your normal position of course. But then a different 3rd stat isn't being trained. A great boss will train you in varying positions so your secondary in your position gets primary trains now and then so it grows faster also.
If the director only sells trains and you can't afford it (rule of thumb is 50k per train per star. One star train is 50k per train, 3 star is 150k per, yada yada 10 star is 500k per train. Some bosses charge more, some less. But if you can't afford to buy trains, you only get the free daily torn gain on 2 stats.
oof. deleted account.
Yep.
They should have asked this question on their real account, instead of creating multis to try and make money with... :)
