Why is the tranquilliser gun in the code, like is it a staff only weapon at the moment in testing

if it did get released what would it be like

the gun:

The Tranquiliser Gun fires etorphine-laced darts at a rate of one every twenty seconds, requiring fast reflexes and a keen eye to be in the least bit effective.

Tranquilizer Gun is an unreleased Secondary Piercing weapon. It has been in the game's code since 2017, but is currently unobtainable by players.

The Tranquilizer Gun is expected to have the also unreleased "sleep" effect, which is expected to cause opponents to miss turns until receiving damage.
