Hi there
the email that ive registered my account with does not receive newsletters nor does it receive the account codes
i have tested the email and it does receive other emails - how do i fix this issue

Does it match the email in your settings tab?
Is it in your spam/junk mail?

Can you try adding george@torn.com to your safe sender list and try resending the newsletter?
yes it does match in the settings tab
no its not in the spam / junk tab
just retried doesnt work
i read the other email thread..do you think its cause mine is a yahoo email?
If you have a gmail account, you can try switching to it. Yahoo and Hotmail have always been overly sensitive about blocking newsletters, we have taken a few steps to mitigate the problem, but there's nothing more that can be done from our end to improve the situation.
