Is there a way to loan items from/to players? not from faction armory, from personal items.

Items in a faction armory can be loaned to members of the faction.
Otherwise, if you're loaning items, you'd best ask for collateral equivalent to the items value to make sure you get it back -.- There is no in-game system for enforcing that.
Like was said above, no. I recommend using trades if going the collateral route to ensure you are getting what you need. Otherwise there are a lot of scammers who will promise to pay later and never will. If you need a trade practice feel free to start one with me for something small.

I was thinking of lending a travel bag to friend during my faction's RW, wasn't sure if there is a way.
Probably better have some kind of collateral as you'll mentioned if I need to loan. At least in the early days here.
