Obviously body parts are not part of the log, but maybe you can see on your side?

Sir, in that attack log, it was the target who hit you in the stomach. You did not hit the target in the stomach.

They are, you have them turned off:
You can turn them off Simplified log and see that you did not hit the target's stomach.
