I understand that there are various factors involved, but generally speaking. what is the lowest CPR you accept for an OC?

We do 75% for tiers 1 to 6, 70% for tier 7, 65% for tier 8

We have some specific requirements in a couple of very specific circumstances, but generally speaking, 75% or better for any OC at a lower level than our most difficult OC currently unlocked, which is 65% or better.
That would mean you basically do not allow new players into OCs?
Open season on level 1 or 2.
Green if first person is green on level 3 or 4.
Yellow okay if first person is yellow on 3 or 4.
No red on 3 or 4.
Those were just the "in general whats the lowest" answer to OP.
We allow lower in specific roles (based on importance) and there would obviously be exceptions for players with virtually no CE in order to get them up and running :)
