I have a question for you.
CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA Network+ certifications
Each of these certs only requires one or two classes.
Will they help for building up a resume , to get a future job ?

Well you can try.
It will surely add value in your resume, but don't depend upon it.
As well, with these certification, the chances of you getting a job as a IT Security personal increases...
Yea, I got my associates in compsci (planned infosec) and skipped out on those certs.
I don't work tech now. Go get your certs.
