Watching the points value sink and get propped up occasionally by keepsakes, it feels like torn economy needs a more sustainable boost to keep the value of points consistent.
Suggestion is to allow purchase if caches, or maybe allow points to be exchanged for bunker bucks.

might actually help with this whole RW cache situation..
Thematically, Advanced Weapon caches are spoils of war. Allowing the purchase of caches with points doesn't really fit in with that.
