You started this as an "upset customer".  Now customers go up the chain to management to address a bigger issue.  You did not.  You just got impatient (karen).  Then Mgmt attempted to go over conditions again but you weren't happy with that response. (Karen)  So after a couple of attempts to find a way to promote a plan that would put new players at risk bogie, by his own screenshot, had ran out of options to say the same thing.

Well that just wasn't what you wanted so you decided,

Speaking of which, do you guys think it's appropriate for a staff member to completely ignore a player they don't like? Even with genuine question? I mean, I understand not wanting to work/deal with people that trigger you, but in a work environment, you grab someone else to deal with it for you. You don't just close the door on them. Buuuut, definitely seems quiet in my DMs, seems like staff hold a different opinion.
