Hi there!

I’m a newbie and was trying to use the chat features. It works fine on my phone, but on my computer, the chat box keeps loading on both Chat 2.0 and 3.0.

For reference, I’m currently using incognito mode on my browser for personal reasons.

Just wanted to report this issue. Thank you!

Can you replicate the issue in another browser with all of your scripts turned off?
