Do stock rewards stack up? If I don’t collect my single drug pack at the end of the week will it keep piling up or will it sit there till collected then restart the timer?

Stock rewards cannot be stored and must be claimed before any time progression can be made toward another. So your drug pack will sit there collecting dust.
