You can have success leading a faction but if none of your members have played this game for more than 10 days, you are weaker then 99,9% of the playerbase.

 

Start your faction as a relaxed/retirement/crime faction and then it would work

Just to add - We have currently a 6% reduction in Addiction, it's not much but we very much intend on upgrading as often as we can and working every day to achieve this.
