On the Scamming crime, the head/banner is a bunch of emails and their subject lines. This one exists.
I decoded it, its reads "Count the stars and make a wish"
Anyone think there might be more to it?

Now if its talking about the stars(favorite) icon to the left of each email, there are 29 emails in total that are shown, 27 of which you can see the star.
