Well this DB buff is actually one of few good updates Chedburn have done in the past 10 years, and that says allot.

I like this update, having a effect on rackets is nice, but we still have the biggest problem. Alliances and strongest factions can still dictate and controll it all.

If chedburn have no solutions to fix territory warring and rackets, then he should remove Raiding and let DBs be the only mass destructive option. I am pretty sure with just Raiding function gone, we will see allot more TT warrings even with the bad alliance situation we currently have.

why would you want to DB only one person?

I wonder if factions will abandon territory in a bid to try to dodge the fallout...
