Run into a few people that have a ratio something like this at 1b+ Total BS
40% STR
15% SPD
10% DEF
35% DEX
I cannot begin to understand why you would do this.
Is it some new specialized ratio that is too advanced for me or is it just ridiculous.

They built their dex to counter their own str and speed, and their str and speed to counter people with only defense.
To be fair, most torn is/is aiming for def whoring as much as people like to say otherwise on the forums, the stat spies don't lie. That setup will focus out a lot of def whores, which is a lot of Torn.
