Is your dog just the cutest? Do you have an aggressively hot wife / husband / neighbor that you’d like to show off? Then why not enter our Christmas Torn Portraits competition and plaster their images all over the internet for freaks to see!


This competition is essentially a combined version of our Pet Portrait and Family Portrait contests. All you have to do is submit a festive Torn photo of yourself, you and your loved ones, or a pet to enter. The image should have both a festive theme and have at least one reference to Torn in there. Taping up a bunch of hamsters into a ball and writing TORN on the side in marker pen will not count. 

 


RULES


Take a festive photo of yourself, your family, your friends, or your pets. 

Please include a Torn theme in the photo somewhere, even just a reference, like a large framed portrait of Ched or a TORN tattoo on your baby’s forehead.

Include your name or ID and the year on a piece of paper somewhere in your image. It cannot be added digitally afterward.

You may not use entries from previous years. 

Please obtain prior consent from all subjects. Yes, this includes your pets. A pawprint stamp on a release form will suffice.

You may submit up to three entries in one post.

Don’t complain about us not running a food competition this year. Your efforts are usually terrible and we’re letting Duke’s Dump Giveaway handle it this time around.

All entries must remain accessible for a month after the closing date. We cannot judge entries uploaded using Discord. 
The winners will be selected by the Community Events Team.

The decision of the judges shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

All entries must be submitted by 23:59:59 on Wednesday the 31st of December.

 


Prizes to be awarded


1st place: Gold ribbon + honor bar + 1,000 points + special gift + Festive Mask

2nd place: Silver ribbon + 500 points + special gift + Festive Mask 

3rd place: Bronze ribbon + 250 points + special gift + Festive Mask

    An odd twist - instead of her usual rodent conquest, our beloved girl Stella has upped her game!  A Sylo Tooth for the holidays this year.  Squirrels tremble in fear knowing 2026 will see her buffed with 25% crit chance

 

 

’Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the lair,
Not a creature was stirring—but M'aol was still there.
A dog with bright eyes and a tail held up high,
Crept with courage through the shadows nearby.

 

With a bark like a thunderclap, fierce and bold,
The monster awoke, its eyes glowing gold.
They clashed in a flurry of fur, fang, and sound,
Till the beast hit the floor with a tremorous pound.

 

The dog stood victorious, chest puffed with pride,
While the monster lay stunned, its fear hard to hide.
One tooth lay loosened from the mighty beast’s jaw—
A trophy of bravery won fair and raw.

We've got a christmassy Teddy Bear Plushy holding my username, a Bottle of Beer, AND the reason she's licking her lips is probably because I'm using a Dog Treat to get her to stay still (2nd one actually, she stole the first one and we had to take a break while she was in jail).

So one midnight back in July, while we were out hunting in the country, we came across these dogs. It was about 40 degrees (c) and someone just dumped them out there. They were about 4 weeks old, malnourished, and dehydrated. We took them, loved them, and promised to protect them from the harshness of this world. Imagine my surprise this morning when I opened this "gift" from them. 

 

A personally crafted gift of gratitude? 

 

A quiet, smelly, defiance to my routine trips to Torn perhaps?

 

Whatever the intent behind it was, I am roughly 80% as happy as I was when I was drinking my coffee before opening it.

These are two of the members of the family Igor and Mortimer, they both have a terrible addiction to Xanax as you can tell. to the point where all of their hair fell out, that totally what happened. Also they are dyslexic and can not spell Xanax! Them, not me.  To reiterate my rats cant spell and like Xanax. Merry XMAS!!
