Stand in the square in front of the cop. Then do a down-right diagonal move. That should slide you between the boar and the cop so you can reach the present. It worked for me an hour or so ago.
Can confirm they are there for me too. Boar sends me to hospital and cop sends me to prison - no way around them and there's a present on the other side of them that I can't get to.
