If you want to improve your crime skill and be in higher faction's OCs => more money, Pub is a very good place to be since you get more nerve from alcohol and also job points to refill your nerve bar. (As many times as you want, it is limited only by job points you don't have a limited amount per day).
Apply directly and include your workstats.
