Hello, I had money on few bets (on Arsenal to win) between Arsenal Vs Crystal Palace on during a match on the 23rd and it’s come through as a loss on my event logs - but on the prompter(events bar) it’s saying that Arsenal won. I looked and as it was a league match one team would have had to have won - could I please ask for a quick clarify? Many thanks Iap

Arsenal indeed won the match after penalty shootouts but the bets in Football are accepted on Ordinary time according to the Bookie Policies
Football Settled on 90 minutes of play plus any added injury or stoppage time. Extra-time and penalty shoot-outs are not included. Postponed matches are void unless rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original kick off time.
Can we have a option to bet on penaltys moving forward then please seeing as many major football games are settled in such a way?
Dosnt make sense to win but not win because that win isnt even a option yano 🤷
Would hate to see potentially millions of other players be frustrated , lose and bother busy mods with similar messeges 😅
It's usual thing for bookies to accept bets on ordinary time in Football, that's why the Draw option is always available.
IRL bookies may also have outright winner options available, but our provider doesn't have the odds on that options unfortunately.
There are no millions of frustrated players. Torn's Bookie works this way for the last several years and we only had a few of questions like this over the years.
