    To add to this, this is only being done for fresh reports generated after the patch. We won't be correcting the old reports as that is too much hassle and risky to be worth the results. Thanks!

I don't know if we need to be "preserving" the levels in the war reports, I will refer this to Joe.

I'll need to have a word with Serhii, there may not be anything preventing us from recording the current level of the players involved in the war along with their attacks. If it's a reasonable change, it might make sense to do so, considering these are meant to be historical reports, reflecting past data.

To add to this, this is only being done for fresh reports generated after the patch. We won't be correcting the old reports as that is too much hassle and risky to be worth the results.
