I recommend biology--intro.....then biology--intravenous therapy. This way you can fill empty blood bags and can use blood bags. then........ all the sport science... for the many passive gains!

Sure, if you want! The biggest use case for that degree is if you want to be a points trader, where you would want to buy plushies/flowers at large volumes, trade them in, and then sell points in large volumes.
If you're just converting points for personal use, you would get a slight discount which is nice, but a lot of the other educations provide a lot better benefits in the early-mid game.

I would say, that if you wanted educations that result in income - the order of priority would be Computer Science for virus creation, then History for artifacts found in the city, and lastly General Studies if you wanted to save some cash on company training. (Just don't though.)
If you are a new player looking for ways to make cash in the game, Education courses aren't it.
(EDIT: in answer to your question though, these artifacts for history are very rare - and will only amount to a few drops a year on average. The cash you make from the museum exchange over item costs is minimal, but you could attempt to leverage that for 'active' income - but honestly, it's pennies for the effort put in)

I use this as my education plan.
I agree that IV course should be first. I chose the virus classes next because they help with my OCs and that is important to my style of game play. If its not then I'd recommend skipping them and going right into the sports science classes because they will help improve future gym gains, which will pay for themselves.
Put it in last, its no longer profitable
Please don't. You're wasting months for a relatively tiny amount of work stats. It's a common misconception.
