My torn subscription was canceled through the Amazon service with note from torn “note to buyer”. My donor status is now yellow in game confirming that you’ve canceled it and the donation status bar is grey out and unclickable for me to re-sub… so idk what to do and I’d like to not miss out on my sub rewards tomorrow if possible. So, any help is greatly appreciated.

Based on this, your subscription will expire at 23:07 TCT tonight. But based on your past logs, I am seeing that you have cancelled the subscription a couple of times but they have still renewed, so I am not really sure what is going on here. I have refreshed your icons, that has restored your blue star. I will ask Joshua to check what is going on her.
