It's rock paper scissors. It counts however many people you've converted to their team. So if you're scissors, you need to beat paper players, ect. 

 

That's literally about it tho.

I think they made this as a filler competition, as the space on profiles is otherwise unused. It's better than leaving it blank - funny, interactive, and secretly actually a real competition with real (though minimal, for as far as I can tell) mechanics, but one that doesn't require maintenance or explanation or anything else. It's just rock paper scissors, and it works, and it doesn't matter if you care or not, because there are no prizes.

 

Organizing a "win" is such a momentous task that I doubt anyone will ever do it at this point.
