To help get the most out of your Torn experience, there are a handful of Enhancer items (Crime 1.0 items not yet working for 2.0) that give passive and permanent bonuses when you have at least one of each of the following in your inventory. (Make sure to never sell these).

 

  • large suitcase - Increases travel carry capacity by +4 item slots (does not stack with smaller suitcases)

  • Mountain Bike - Improves Shoplifting crime exp & skill gains by 5%.

  • Megaphone - Improves Hustling Crime exp & skills gains by 5%
  • Magnifying Glass - Improves Forgery Crime exp & skills gains by 5%

  • Latex Gloves - Improves Disposal crime exp & skill gains by 5%

  • High-Speed Drive - Improves Bootlegging crime exp & skill gains by 5% and copying speed by 100%

  • Glasses - Improves Search for cash crime exp & skill gains by 5%

  • Flashlight - Improves Burglary crime exp & skill gains by 5%

  • Ergonomic Keyboard - Improves Scamming crime exp & skill gains by 5%.
  • Duct Tape  - Improves Card Skimming crime exp & skill gains by 5%.

  • Cut-Throat Razor - Improves Pickpocketing crime exp & skill gains by 5%. Required by the Pickpocket role during the Gone Fission scenario.

The only one of these that is remotely correct is the large suitcase. The crime 2.0 stat enhancers are useful too. But there's 0 rush to get them.
