The global authorize function overrides the local authorize functions.

In a fetch request with headers, the authentication added to the URL is overwritten by the header. In Swagger, for testing purposes, it might be a good idea to prioritize local keys over global ones.
One suggestion would be for it to test if you have a key on local and overwrite the header.

I believe this should be fixed now - the global key should be removed if local key is used now.
