Sorry for the bad english, it is not my first language. We received a free merit reset a few weeks ago as noted in my log

I never received the reset or refills this year. Was that due to me not being active enough in the run up to Christmas?
Thank you that explains the reset. Did that stop the refills too? I have none of those stacked
You were not a subscriber when the refills were sent out. You received an event informing you that your subscription has failed on 15th Dec.
