Hi, this bet was a walkover, so you normally refund the money, but here it was counted as a loss. Can it be corrected, please? Thank you.

Does that not get voided due to the Tennis specific betting rule in the bookie policies as it wasn't played to completion?

The match was not completed; Matej Dodig retired while the score was 7-5, 5-2.

Per the Bookie rule: "In the event of a match starting but not being completed then all bets will be void." Since this was a retirement and not a finished match, my $61,400,720 bet should have been voided, not settled as a loss. Please review and issue the refund. Thanks
