You will have to read the outcome to text to understand why you got that jail reason. I have checked the outcome text and it is perfectly in line with the jail reason.

You were jailed for suspicion of shoplifting, not for doing the shoplifting crime.

 

Jail texts are themed around what happened during your failure. As CJ posted above, if you had read the text displayed when you failed, you would see the link.
