This upgrade will increase the amount of items you can find in the city by 20%, ..That is search with dump?I m also trash cheap items .please explain me thanks...

Awareness has to do with city finds, not the dump.
When you click the city map you can find random items, and awareness increases the amount items that show up.

If you go to the city tab, and view the map, there is the chance to find items every day at daychange. They stay on the map until you pick them up, but you have to be active the previous day to allow items to spawn.
Heres the direct link, just click on "map"
If on desktop you can install the TornTools extension, and it'll highlight the items. Likewise on mobile, you can use TornPDA for the same.
Its pretty common to go days without finding anything, so, don't get your hopes up too much.
