Do you have availability to upgrade your device into latest iOS version?
Or ability to replicate the issue on the other device?
I was able to replicate the issue on the devices with the 15-17 iOS versions, but not with the 18-26 iOS

We can close this for now, iOS 17 and older are no longer supported by Apple. iOS 17 is still relatively new and I imagine we could ask the developers to check if there are many players affected by this and are reporting this issue. But anything above iPhone X should have the ability to upgrade to iOS 18 at the very least, which should not have this problem. So I don't see an urgent need to divert developer's attention to this. We can re-visit this in this year's Christmas Town event if there's a demand.
