I have gone through the WIKI and forums but still not clear about how long we can send to hospital, does it varies to different HA weapons. And I have seen there are few services like Stricken Hosp/ Hits. It that mean to use HA weapons to add more hospital time?

Base percentage is 30% and avg hosp time with no merits is 200 minutes so stricken would add 60 minutes to the bill.
There are three factors influencing the hospital duration from the attackers side:
- Personal Merrits: 10/10 => 50% increased hosp duration
- Faction Perks maxed => 50% increased hosp duration
- Stricken RW Weapon: 30%-
54%99% (seems to be the highest one spawned yet) increased hosp duration, depending on the stricken value on the weapon
Remember that these bonuses are additive, not multiplicative.
So if a base hosp is 4 hours this adds up to => 6 hours => 8 hours => 10 hours (with a 50% stricken which are very rare)
Note that the receiver can reduce that hosp time again with faction perks.
I answered this not long ago in another forum post:
Base hospitalization time is 3 to 3.5 hours.
So lets say you have full merits (50%) + full faction specials (50%) + 35% stricken
3 hour hospitalization
Merits (3 x 1.5) - 3 = 1.5
Faction (3 x 1.5) - 3 = 1.5
Stricken (3 x 1.35) - 3 = 1.05
3 + 1.5 + 1.5 + 1.05 = 7.05 hour hospitalization
3.5 hour hopitalization
Merits (3.5 x 1.5) - 3.5 = 1.75
Faction (3.5 x 1.5) - 3.5 = 1.75
Stricken (3.5 x 1.35) - 3.5 = 1.225
3.5 + 1.75 + 1.75 + 1.225 = 8.225 hour hospitalization
But how come you have all this but still saw lower than 7 hours? Well that would be the opponents faction special Fortitude that can decrease the time by up to 25%.
For that person the math was with a 35% stricken. If you'd like to plug this in for any weapon, feel free.
Say you have a 40% stricken. Just change "Stricken (3 x 1.35) - 3 = 1.05" to "Stricken (3 x 1.40) - 3 = 1.2".
So with the above conditions and a 40% you'd be looking at 7.2 - 8.4 hour hosps.
Highest Stricken that I've seen to date is a 99% which would equate to 8.97 - 10.465 hour hosps.
