the problem is the time in the game, I'm from Philippines and the time is almost 8 hours late. It's now 8;50 am here and in the game is 00:50. Help me if there's anyway you could help me guys! Thank You!

The game has it's own timezone which mimics UK time (GMT) without the daylight saving time affecting it.

Torn follows UTC timezone, this is applied to all players. The clocks are unaffected by player's local timezone.
