I started after xx:30, although had been on attack page for ages before I hit start.
after attack at :34 my energy is 130?
is the code taking time you opened attack page and granting energy gained when it shouldn’t?

is the “tick” just for me? Or is it some torn wide database thing (which I would imagine is a horrible way of doing it..)
really seems like ordering of the removal (-25 for attack) and +5 for ticks since last action is just the wrong way round.. and this is only happening because nothing else triggered an update on my account during that time - so in theory if I left my screen on an attack page each night I could score 5 free e daily :)
The bar regen works on the first page view. Your first page view was getting into the attack, so the energy was deducted first and the regen took place after, and you got 5e because system saw that you are at 125e. We have swapped the checks around so this should not happen again.

its 05:34 now and I attached 05:32 and somehow now have 130e
You only had 130 energy before making the attack, revitalize proc'd and gave you back the energy that you spent. Your second attack around the time left you at 105e.
