Adds quick buttons for all the items to be used in arson crime.
There is a slight delay to when the game graphics updates to reflect the latest state. So be careful with time sensitive arsons.
Only tested on PC.
Please let me know if there are any issues.

Thanks for the build, it is a great start. Not gonna lie, have been scouring for someone to make a quick action script for arson.
I find having to click the same box several time to change is so ineffiecent and (dumb), Disposal UI was much friendlier.
Any flexibility to change the items via user interface? or more documenations to change from code?
Mine is Fixed on Gasoline, Thermite, Diesel and Kerosene.
For me it clashed with Arson Action tracker Script being in the same space.
On PC, didn't test on mobile.
this won't work on mobile as the space used by the script isn't available. i will see if there can be an alternative.
