35% Stricken (Type 98 Anti Tank)
Type 98 Anti Tanks are low accuracy stricken weapons but fine if you're mercing easy targets or people without much dex and for the high acc stricken weapons you're paying a lot more. 35% is fairly high for yellow so you get a bit of extra hosp time compared to the cheaper ones.

64.5 damage | 52.20 acc
6% sureshot procs often enough to be quite usable. M4A1 isn't a bad base for it given if you're relying on sureshot you probably aren't gonna hit them on a non-sureshot round anyway, so the lower accuracy doesn't matter that much.
