Hiring 1 attorney to replace someone who doesn't want to bust anymore.
I hire for the long term, with several employees literally being on the roster for more than a decade, approaching 5,000 days. Please don't apply if you just want help getting the busting/bailing merits and then plan on leaving.
Applicants must meet the minimum job requirements of 11k INT and 5.5k END. Anything above that is an appreciated bonus but you'll be treated the same as all other employees, regardless of stats.
Everyone gets trained all 10 trainings on their day every 10 days. I do not sell extra training sessions. Again, everyone is equal.
Pay is available if you really want it but I prefer to put it into advertising if possible. If you do want pay, the rates are 180k per day for full employees and 1/5th of that (36k) for the first 5 probationary days when I'm not sure if you're actually going to live up to your side of the bargain yet or not.
All employees must keep their job performance up, which means being active at least once every couple of days and keeping drug issues under control by rehabbing regularly.

Employees get gifts like donator packs at Xmas.
We aren't really the chatty sort in the company chat and I rarely send newsletters. I can definitely be a bit verbose when I do write though.
Feel free to ask my current employees what they think of me, their fellows and the job as a whole. I doubt anyone has any complaints but feel free to remind them I ask that they be honest and critical to give you an accurate idea of what this company's really like.

Also, the person moving on says they have problems with captchas while chaining because of their busting so that may be something to keep in mind before applying.
